Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead its production team.Mission Your Role :Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality and operational performance.Your responsibilities include:Supervise daily production operations and ensure performance targets are achieved.Lead, coach and develop production employees.Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and health & safety requirements.Participate in investigations,
