Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in concrete grinding and floor installation
• Operate basic equipment including power trowels
• Participate in epoxy and polyurethane flooring projects
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Requirements:
• Interest or experience in concrete grinding (1 year preferred)
• Background in construction (1 year preferred)
• Required: Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel for 100% of work
• Ability to work various shifts
