Customer Success Associate

ICO Bath is looking for a friendly, organized, and solutions-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan.

In this role, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience by responding to customer questions, resolving service concerns, coordinating returns and shipping claims, and supporting our sales team. You will manage multiple requests and follow-ups while ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, orders, and shipments
- Coordinate service calls and work toward timely, effective resolutions
- Process product returns and follow through until credits are completed
- Support the sales team with quotes, reports, order tracking, appointment booking, and CRM updates
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Process credit card payments and assist with general administrative duties
- Accurately document customer interactions and identify recurring concerns
