What will your typical day look like?

You will support the delivery of Application Security engagements across leading enterprise platforms, including Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will help clients strengthen their security posture by assessing application security risks, evaluating configurations and access controls, and supporting the delivery of practical, risk-based recommendations.

You will contribute to high-quality client service through collaboration, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. In addition to client engagements, you will support practice development initiatives, thought leadership activities, and the growth of R8dius’ Application Security capabilities.

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of application security assessments, reviews, and advisory engagements across cloud-based enterprise applications, including Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.

- Assess application security risks, access management processes, segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and configuration-related security concerns, and contribute to remediation recommendations.

- Collaborate with clients and project teams to design and enhance application security, governance, and access control frameworks.

- Analyze information, document findings, and develop clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and business audiences.

- Support security role design, user access management, governance, and compliance initiatives across enterprise applications.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through proactive communication, collaboration, and professionalism.

- Continuously expand your knowledge of application security, identity and access management, emerging technologies, and industry-leading practices to support client needs and enhance project delivery.

R8dius’ Cyber Application Security team helps organizations protect their most critical business applications and data. We work with clients across a variety of industries to identify security risks, strengthen governance, and enhance security capabilities across leading enterprise platforms, including Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.

Our team combines expertise in Application Security, GRC Access Controls,



Business Process Controls, and Cloud Security to help clients address complex security and compliance challenges while enabling secure digital transformation.

As part of this team, you will collaborate with experienced practitioners across Canada, contribute to impactful client engagements, and support the development of cutting-edge security solutions and thought leadership. You'll have the opportunity to grow your technical and consulting skills while helping organizations build secure and resilient business operations.

As an Analyst,

You are curious, motivated, and passionate about cybersecurity, with a desire to build your career in application security and enterprise technology. You enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with others, and continuously learning in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You bring

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.

- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and application security principles, including identity and access management, role-based security, access controls, and risk management concepts.

- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an asset.

- An understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts, including Segregation of Duties (SoD), user access management, and security governance, or a strong willingness to learn.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and develop practical recommendations.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A collaborative mindset, commitment to delivering high-quality work, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.

- Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation is considered an asset.

Nice to have

- Exposure to GRC Access Controls, IAM, SoD analysis, application security assessments, or cloud security concepts.

- Progress toward security or cloud certifications such as Security+, SC-900, AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar credentials.

As a Consultant,

You are passionate about application security and helping organizations strengthen the security of their critical business applications. You combine technical knowledge with consulting skills to deliver practical, risk-based solutions that help clients address security, compliance, and governance challenges.

You bring

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in Application Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), GRC Access Controls, or a related cybersecurity discipline.

- Experience assessing security risks and controls within enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of application security governance, user access management, role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and security and compliance leading practices.

- Experience supporting application security assessments, access control reviews, security remediation efforts, or advisory engagements.

- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance processes.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and associated security considerations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,



with the ability to clearly articulate security risks and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work in a client-facing environment.

- Strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in research, analysis, and documentation.

Nice to have

- Experience with GRC Access Controls, SoD analysis, user access reviews, security role design, or ERP security implementations.

- Exposure to business process controls, cloud security, or compliance programs.

- Relevant certifications such as Security+, SC-100, AZ-500, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, SAP Security, Oracle Security, or equivalent certifications in progress.

Total Rewards The salary range is $50,000 - $90,000 for Analysts and $58,000 - $102,000 for Consultants, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. R8dius is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
