Job Summary

We are looking for a

Cybersecurity Metrics &

- Controls Specialist with strong hands-on experience in

Cybersecurity Controls, Controls Governance, Controls Testing, Metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and Risk &

- Compliance Reporting

.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and test

Cybersecurity and Technology controls

.

- Develop security metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and Key Control Indicators (KCIs)

.

- Monitor control effectiveness and track remediation activities.

- Support risk management, compliance, and executive reporting

.

- Work with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.

- Define and document control and risk metrics based on business requirements and data.

- Support Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) initiatives.

Required Skills





- 10+ years of Information Security/IT experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Cybersecurity/Technology Controls experience

- Strong experience in:

- Cybersecurity Controls &
- Governance

- Controls Design &

- Testing

- Security Metrics, KPIs &

- KRIs

- Risk &

- Compliance Reporting

- Control Monitoring &

- Remediation

- Knowledge of

Cloud Security, IAM, Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, and Security Monitoring

- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
