Qualifications

Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow CSA certification is required. Candidates must provide the email address associated with the certification for verification.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field

5+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and related modules

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM

Proficient in configuring CMDB classes, relationships, and integrations

Expertise in CMDB lifecycle management aligned with CSDM

Experience maintaining CMDB health

Skilled in resolving data quality issues (stale/duplicate discovery tasks)

Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows

Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, GlideRecord

Experience with Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications

Strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics

Knowledge of data governance and CMDB best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Certification: CAD, Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM Deliverables
