Daybar is currently seeking a dedicated PM Shift Data Collection and Reporting Support staff member to join our production team. This entry-level position plays a critical role in collecting hourly production data from the shop floor and preparing accurate performance reports. This role is vital in supporting our operational excellence by accurately gathering and managing data related to our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient with data management tools.

Responsibilities

- Collect hourly production data from all manufacturing machines
- Prepare daily production performance reports
- Track production counts, and downtime
- Communicate performance updates to supervisors and management
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)




- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Robust communication skills
