and all relevant project documentation.Assess and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.Contribute to project schedule development and assist in administering contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions, and change notices.Identify design deficiencies, schedule interruptions, and other project issues, working collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve them.Monitor subcontractor performance concerning safety, scope of work, and quality.Ensure sufficient labour resources are available to meet safety, schedule, and quality objectives.Maintain daily documentation, including field reports, safety inspections, and schedule updates.Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal laws and standards.Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to Inspection Test Plans and quality control procedures.Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and consultants.What You BringExperience5+ years as a Superintendent in general contractingProject ScaleManaged projects valued at $1 million or moreSectorCommercial, institutional, or industrial constructionAssetTrade background in carpentry and/or Red Seal CertificationExperience managing concrete and carpentry is an advantageLeadershipCollaborative team builder with strong field management skillsTechnical KnowledgeStrong knowledge of construction techniques, contract drawings, and specifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
