Become a key safety provider as a Professional Ski Patrol at RED Mountain Resort for the 2026/27 Winter Season! Provide essential medical support and ensure the safety of guests on the slopes.
We are currently hiring full and part-time Patrol positions at RED Mountain Resort. Responsibilities include delivering on-slope medical aid, monitoring conditions throughout the day, and participating in safety initiatives. Professional skiing abilities and physical fitness for heavy lifting are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer courteous first aid to guests on the mountain
• Engage in daily safety meetings and closures
• Monitor weather and mountain safety conditions




• Execute avalanche control and rescue efforts when needed
• Maintain compliance with Protected Work Procedures
Requirements:
• Current First Aid certification with related emergency response training
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in ski patrol
• Canadian Avalanche Association Level 1 or higher
• Physically able to carry loads over 24 kilos
• Must provide criminal record checks for explosives if required
