• Operate JD tractors and X9 combines for efficient farming
• Participate actively in seeding and harvest operations
• Independently manage tasks while ensuring quality
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Engage in team activities to foster a collaborative workplace
Requirements:
• Clean and valid 1A driver's license
• Previous agricultural experience is an asset
• Mechanical knowledge of farming equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commit to long hours during peak seasons
