Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote early childhood learning and growth
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through tailored caregiving strategies
- Monitor children’s behavior and provide guidance to promote social skills and emotional regulation
- Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and daily experiences
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom to uphold health and safety standards




- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational experience that aligns with program goals

Qualifications

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to engage children actively while maintaining patience and professionalism
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Level 1 minimum
