driven individual who has strong interpersonal skills and also the ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.In This Role You Will:Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of our internal skill sets and team dynamicsAct as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brandUse your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positionsOwn the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and closing all candidatesDrive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS (Kenexa/Brassring)Support multiple ADM business groupsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalentMust be fluent in Québécois French (both verbal and written)3 – 5 years' experience as a full life-cycle recruiter is strongly preferredSelf-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow through.Thrives in a fast-paced, "all-hands-on-deck" environmentExperience in building sourcing plans for client groupsYou are able to work independently and with little supervisionYou have the ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou excel in an environment with short timelines and constant change
