Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deli Server to join our team. This role is to serve our customers in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and safety protocols.

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings, including barista experience or hospitality, is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities

- Slicing Lunch Meat and Making Sandwiches attention to detail, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met
- Assist in food preparation tasks related to meat products, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Handle food safely according to established health and safety regulations
- Serve customers with professionalism, answering questions about meat selections and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during all stages of meat processing




- Support team members in maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety of products served

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or food industry roles preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus, including barista experience or similar customer-facing positions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the work process

Job Type: Part time Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
