As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the vehicle delivery process from start to finish. You will ensure that vehicles are prepared, paperwork is accurate, and customers leave with a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the delivery schedule for sold vehicles, working closely with sales and service teams.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and ready for customer delivery.
- Organize and prepare all necessary paperwork, including registration, warranties, and financing documentation.
- Conduct vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining features and answering any questions.
- Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding delivery timelines and requirements.




- Address any last-minute changes or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service, automotive sales, or logistics is an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, dealership management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available on Saturday's.
- Must possess and maintain a valid class 5 drivers license or equivalent
