Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, to deliver freight to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Verify shipment accuracy, inspect freight for damages, and complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies during transportation and handling of freight.
- Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance,



and operational activities for compliance purposes.
- Perform other duties related to delivery and warehouse operations as assigned.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or other industrial machinery preferred.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.
