Delivery Driver / Construction Materials & Debris Pickup

Position: Full-Time Delivery Driver / Construction Labourer

Industry: Bathroom Renovation & Construction

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Compensation: $23.25 per hour, depending on experience

We are a busy and growing bathroom renovation company looking for a reliable, hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team.

This position involves delivering construction materials to job sites, picking up and removing construction debris, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and keeping our work vehicle clean and organized.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities

- Deliver construction materials and supplies to residential job sites
- Pick up and remove construction debris from renovation sites
- Load and unload materials safely, including items weighing up to 80 lbs
- Carry materials up and down stairs when required
- Assist the renovation team with general jobsite material handling
- Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location and in good condition
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle
- Perform a weekly clean-up and organization of the work van
- Complete basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow safe lifting, loading, unloading, and driving practices
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners, suppliers, and other contractors
- Keep job sites and work areas clean when assisting with deliveries or debris removal
- Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records when required





Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Clean driving abstract
- Safe and responsible driving history
- Previous delivery, construction, renovation, or labour experience is an asset
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 80 lbs
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, carry, and climb stairs throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to and from the company's designated starting location
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in residential construction environments
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and secure work vehicle and jobsite
