Velets Furniture, a growing Canadian furniture and home goods company, is looking for a reliable Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond, BC.

This is a full-time, in-person position that combines furniture delivery, warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and in-store support. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, comfortable driving and handling furniture, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely deliver furniture and home goods to residential and commercial customers throughout Richmond and the Lower Mainland.
- Load, unload, carry, and move furniture and other heavy items weighing approximately 60–70 lbs.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and shipping containers.
- Prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup.
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist customers with in-store pickups, product questions, and general customer service.
- Create and post furniture listings on Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, and other online marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, order documentation, and basic inventory information.
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks before deliveries.
- Follow company procedures for safe handling, transportation, and delivery of furniture.
- Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and store-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence or equivalent with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, furniture delivery driver, warehouse associate, mover, or logistics worker is an asset.
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving furniture weighing 60–70 lbs.




- Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle and working on the road.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to use mobile apps for delivery coordination, communication, and online listings.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including loading, unloading, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset but not required.
