We are thrilled to be opening the doors to our brand-recent dental office and are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Dental Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the patient experience from day one in a modern, welcoming practice dedicated to exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims and treatment estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker software
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations
- Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Handle accounts receivable and payment processing





What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a dental administrative role
- Experience with Tracker dental software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
