Braces Plus is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Administrator to come aboard to manage our clinics insurance and A/R .

This position is currently 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours as our practice continues to expand.

We're searching for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ensuring every insurance claim and patient account is handled accurately and efficiently. If you love the financial side of dentistry and enjoy bringing accounts to completion, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits for all new patient consultations.
- Submit dental and orthodontic insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and unpaid accounts.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and insurance aging.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, eligibility, and payment discrepancies.
- Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely collections.
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with our Financial Coordinator and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with dental insurance submissions and Accounts Receivables.
- Orthodontic experience is considered a strong asset.




- Thorough understanding of Canadian dental insurance plans and claim processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
