About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Level II Dental Assistant who is looking to grow their skills in a practice that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence, and enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in both clinical care and helping shape our renewed vision for the practice.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures with efficiency, confidence, and warmth.
- Capture and manage digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish.
- Maintain IPAC standards, sterilization records, and operatory readiness
- Maintain and document sterilization logs, biological monitoring, and operatory checklists.




- Keep IPAC manuals, SOPs, and records current and audit ready for inspections.
- Track clinical inventory and manage supply ordering, including materials, disposables, and PPE.
- Complete accurate notes and documentation on time.
- Support the front desk as needed (patient check-ins, scheduling, phone assistance, payments)
- Collaborate with the dental, hygiene, and administrative team
- Bring ideas, positivity, and a growth mindset to team meetings and daily workflow

What We’re Looking For

- Certified CDA II with an active Ontario license
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Willingness to work on two Saturdays per month
- Ortho/pedo experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
