Dental Hygienist Wanted

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Hygienist to join our dental office on a regular weekly basis.

- Every Saturday is required
- Hourly rate: $55-57/hour (Saturdays)
- An additional Tuesday shift is available for someone who is interested in working an extra day
- Korean-speaking ability is a strong asset
- We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and provides excellent patient care

Responsibilities

- Perform dental prophylaxis (professional cleanings) and periodontal therapy to promote optimal oral health.
- Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene practices.
- Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and procedures with efficiency and care.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or similar systems.
- Manage patient scheduling, answer questions,



and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the dental team with sterilization, infection control protocols, and general office duties as needed.

Requirements

- Valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing with relevant licensing boards.
- Prior dental office experience, preferably in pediatric or orthodontic settings.
- Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our community’s needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work exclusively on Saturdays to meet practice needs.
