Full Time Dental Laboratory Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dental laboratory team.
This position primarily focuses on reception, administrative support, and case coordination. We are particularly interested in individuals who are interested in learning more about the dental laboratory industry, digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and 3D printing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about modern dental laboratory workflows and technologies.
Duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate with dental offices regarding case information, scheduling, pickups, and deliveries.
- Receive incoming dental cases and ensure case information and documentation are properly organized.
- Prepare and package completed dental cases carefully and accurately for pickup and delivery.
- Assist with case tracking, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Coordinate with dental technicians and other laboratory staff to help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and administrative area.
- Assist with other general laboratory administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Familiarity with dental terminology is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a dental office or dental laboratory environment is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, digital dentistry, or 3D printing is an asset.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with dental offices, dentists, and laboratory team members.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software and digital workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $3,300.00-$3,400.00 per month
