The Dental Laboratory Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Victoria, BC, supporting the daily operations of the dental laboratory.

Responsibilities will include CAD designing crown and bridge digital models, basic model bench tasks (pouring impressions, mounting, etc.), and other general supporting roles.

Qualifications:

- Foundational knowledge or experience in dentistry, including understanding of dental anatomy and common dental procedures.

- Practical laboratory skills, such as handling tools and materials, following technical instructions, and working with small, detailed components.

- Experience in designing crowns and bridges.

- Ability to work with dental impressions, including pouring, trimming, and handling models with care and accuracy.

- Willingness and ability to learn through on-the-job training, accept feedback, and adopt new techniques and technologies.

- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good hand–eye coordination.

- Reliable time management and organization.

- Completion of a dental technician or related program is an asset but not required, depending on experience.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
