Dental Receptionist

Toronto Kids Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist.

We are a pediatric dental office dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming, and fun experience for children and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Position

- Role: Dental Receptionist
- Location: Toronto Kids Dental
- Schedule: Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Friday: 7:45am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8:45am - 4:00pm, or 7:45am - 3:00pm
- Employment Type: Full -time

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Confirm and manage appointments
- Process payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient information and records
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding appointments and treatment
- Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area




- Provide exceptional customer service to our young patients and their families

Qualifications
- Previous dental reception or dental office experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and dentrix software
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
