Join our team as an Expert Ski Instructor at our ski centre. Engage guests with exceptional skiing lessons while ensuring safety on and off the slopes.
We seek passionate candidates with 1-2 years of experience in ski instruction. Responsibilities will include demonstrating techniques, managing recreational activities, and leading both groups and individuals. You will also supervise a small team and carry out essential equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate skiing and fitness techniques to guests
• Lead recreational activities promoting health and safety
• Supervise and mentor colleagues during shifts
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on sports equipment
• Provide emergency assistance and first aid as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ ski instruction experience
• Must hold Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance Certification
• Criminal record check is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and organized in managing responsibilities
