Lake Country Co-op is hiring a Territory Salesperson for Crop Inputs in Nipawin. This full time position centers on selling and supporting agricultural equipment with a focus on customer service.
As a Territory Salesperson, you will leverage your agricultural equipment knowledge and sales experience. Responsibilities include conducting customer assessments, providing tailored product solutions, and ensuring exceptional service during and after sales. Collaboration with internal teams to develop marketing strategies will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell agricultural equipment through various channels
• Conduct customer needs assessments to offer solutions
• Attend trade shows and community events for promotion
• Maintain customer records in the CSM system
• Support location operations during busy seasons
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in agriculture
• Knowledge of crop inputs and equipment
• Post-secondary education or PAg designation an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business leads
