The Camden Society is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centred support that meets regulatory and contractual requirements. You will mentor staff, help design and implement support plans, manage rotas, maintain records, address concerns, and conduct audits. You will deputise for the Support Manager when required while promoting inclusion and safeguarding individuals' rights.
