Carloft is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of vehicles and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Whether you're starting your automotive career or bringing previous detailing experience, we offer training, support, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Clean, protect, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Prepare vehicles for inventory display, photography, and customer delivery
- Assist with vehicle picture capture and uploads (training provided)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and dealership facilities
- Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize lot efficiency
- Assist with tire inventory and storage
- Monitor vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and presentation quality
- Install and change license plates as required
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Perform customer vehicle detail packages
- Assist with snow removal and lot maintenance during winter months
- Support other dealership operations as required

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record




- Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is considered an asset)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move light to heavy loads
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A passion for vehicles and customer satisfaction
