As a Navigator, you will assist Former Youth in Care students by bridging gaps to educational funding and community services. This full-time, pivotal role focuses on developing supportive relationships, ensuring students gain access to necessary resources throughout their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate one-on-one support for students facing barriers • Understand and guide students through college support services • Collaborate with community partners for engaged strategies • Develop and maintain regular student contact and support • Provide assistance with funding processes and applications

Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 with additional post-secondary education • 1-2 years of experience with at-risk youth • Strong communication and intercultural competence • Ability to manage complex policies and processes • Sound discretion and judgment in sensitive scenarios
