Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 2+ years in MEMS packaging or semiconductor environments • Experienced in assembly techniques and process validation • Familiarity with CAD software, especially Fusion 360 • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
