Join Native Clan Organization as a Pathfinder, dedicated to transitioning individuals from gang involvement to healthier lifestyles. This role is integral to providing trauma-informed support and community connection.

You will oversee the Gang Exiting Program, guiding relatives as they navigate barriers to reintegration after justice system involvement. Collaborate with various stakeholders, develop program strategies, and leverage your expertise in Indigenous cultures to foster respectful, safe environments. Your leadership will drive positive change and community wellness.

Key Responsibilities:



• Organize and lead efforts for the Gang Exiting Program • Engage with community partners and Indigenous organizations • Document and evaluate program performance • Support individuals through crisis intervention and advocacy • Promote healthy lifestyles and recovery paths

Requirements: • High school diploma with relevant hands-on experience • Robust knowledge of Indigenous histories and trauma impact • Excellent communication and case management skills • Valid Manitoba driver's license an asset • First Aid and Crisis Intervention certifications preferred
