Must have

:

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional Agile product teams , providing architectural direction and mentoring developers and technical leads.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Architect , designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions within complex organizations.
- Minimum 4 years of experience defining and communicating solution architectures for large-scale systems, including system integrations, modernization initiatives, and cloud-native architectures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience communicating technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders .
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within teams that utilize UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design methodologies .

Technical Environment Experience with some or all of the following is highly desirable:

- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- REST APIs and Enterprise Integrations
- Microservices Architecture
- CI/CD Pipelines
- DevOps Practices
- Container Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Leadership





- Lead the architecture and design of digital services using agile and user-centered approaches.
- Develop and maintain overall solution architecture, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Analyze existing systems and define target-state architectures.
- Conduct technical discovery, feasibility assessments, and prototype development.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide solution designs that support iterative and incremental delivery.

Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Guide cross-functional agile teams in implementing digital services.
- Review and contribute to code, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
- Define integration strategies, system boundaries, and interaction models.
- Identify opportunities to leverage reusable enterprise platforms, services, and shared capabilities.
- Support the successful delivery of products aligned with approved architecture.
- Mentor developers, technical leads, and delivery teams.

Architecture Governance
- Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
- Promote scalable, maintainable, and cloud-native design patterns.




- Support modernization initiatives and legacy system transformation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate architectural concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create architecture documents, diagrams, presentations, and technical artifacts.
- Influence decision-making through effective communication and collaboration.
- Work with business teams, product owners, and leadership to define technology direction.

Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to the evolution of architecture practices and standards.
- Support the development of service quality metrics and delivery standards.
- Drive innovation and adoption of up-to-date architectural approaches.
