Help Shape the Future of a Growing Canadian Consumer Brand
At Caron Brands, we manufacture premium natural home care and maintenance products under our Caron & Doucet brand, as well as for leading private label partners. Our products are sold across North America through Amazon, major retailers, independent retailers, and leading ecommerce marketplaces.
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Commerce Specialist to help support the next stage of our growth.
This is a unique opportunity to work across nearly every part of the business—from launching products with national retailers to managing digital product information, supporting new product development, creating engaging content, and helping improve how our products are presented online.
No two days are exactly the same.
What You'll Do
Digital Commerce & Marketplace Management
You'll help maintain and improve our digital presence across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot Marketplace, Shopify, Faire, and other ecommerce channels.
Responsibilities include
- Maintaining accurate product listings across all digital platforms.
- Ensuring product specifications, pricing, dimensions, weights, case packs, UPCs, images, and other product information remain accurate and current.
- Coordinating new product launches across digital channels.
- Monitoring listings for consistency and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Providing product information, images, videos, and other assets to our external Amazon and Walmart advertising agencies.
Retailer Onboarding & Product Data Management You'll play a key role in supporting relationships with national retailers and marketplace partners by ensuring they always have accurate, complete product information.
Responsibilities include
- Leading product setup and onboarding for new retail and marketplace partners.
- Serving as the primary liaison for retailer portals such as Home Depot,
Walmart, and other national accounts.
- Completing retailer onboarding forms, product setup templates, and required documentation.
- Managing product specifications, logistics information, packaging details, compliance documents, and retailer-specific requirements.
- Working extensively with spreadsheets and product databases to maintain accurate information across all channels.
- Coordinating with Operations, Sales, Production, and external partners to ensure product information remains accurate and current.
Product Content & Creative Support You'll help ensure our products look as good online as they do in customers' homes.
Responsibilities include
- Creating and maintaining engaging product listings.
- Writing product descriptions, feature bullets, and other marketing copy.
- Coordinating product photography, lifestyle imagery, instructional videos, and other creative assets.
- Assisting with packaging updates, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Helping develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Continuous Improvement We're always looking for better ways to work.
You'll help us
- Improve internal workflows and processes.
- Maintain organized product databases and digital asset libraries.
- Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Leverage new technologies—including AI—to work smarter, solve problems, and uncover new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations,
product management, digital commerce, or a related field.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Comfortable balancing analytical work with creative projects.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, retailer portals, or product information management systems is an asset.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Faire, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
Who You Are You're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity.
You take ownership of your work, enjoy solving problems, and like seeing projects through from concept to completion.
You're equally comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, retailer portals, photography, product copy, and social media.
You're curious, resourceful, and excited to leverage new technologies—including AI—to work smarter, solve problems, and continuously improve the way you work.
Above all, you take pride in doing things right.
