and maintaining comprehensive recruitment documentationLead the function of keeping the company website updated with live job postingsGenerate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment processCoordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and alignmentParticipate in working with hiring managers on the development of job descriptionsCoordinate with the broader Human Resources team with onboardingCommunicate with Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondmentsCoordinate with HR and community benefits teams for any career fairs or outreachLead the function of updating the IT team with a forecasting report for upcoming positionsCoordinate with the parent company's Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to support recruitment initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or a college diploma in human resources or a related field.2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or human resources, with exposure to full-cycle hiring processesAbility to work in a fast‑paced environmentExperience in a construction environment is an assetAbility to communicate effectivelyStrong experience in using Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)Robust Organization SkillsExperience in reporting and working on Ad‑hoc reportsPosition is a new role.
