As an integral part of our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), you will deliver comprehensive counselling services and create tailored treatment plans for clients. Your expertise will contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous learning at Homewood Health, Canada's leading mental health provider. Evening and Saturday availability enhances the service you provide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential counselling and assessments to clients
• Create and document individualized treatment plans




• Collaborate on service plan development under supervision
• Manage case assignments diligently and efficiently
• Support clients outside of regular hours when needed
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Registration with the appropriate governing body
• 3+ years of counseling experience
• Skills in brief solution-focused counselling
• Solid communication in English, French is a plus
