Senior Accountant

Full benefits package What You’ll Be Doing

Own full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, month-end close, and general ledger maintenance Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies Maintain and manage accounting schedules such as accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets Support preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages Assist with ERP system usage and enhancements,



NetSuite experience is a solid asset Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation Support ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required What We’re Looking For

5 to 7 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment Strong full-cycle accounting background with solid GAAP and ASPE knowledge ERP experience is required, NetSuite preferred Advanced Excel skills are essential, including lookups and data analysis. Excel testing will be part of the interview process Degree or diploma in Accounting required CPA designation or currently working toward CPA is preferred Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and comfortable working fully onsite Strong team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Why This Role
