Stingray's Montreal-based Customer Support team (Stingray Business) is looking for a Technical Specialist (Digital Signage) who will be the primary escalation point for Level 2 requests, resolving a high volume of complex hardware and software issues across our digital signage platforms.

You will investigate problems with media players, SoC and LED screens, manage firmware updates, prepare scopes of work for technicians, and document technical solutions to help the team.
