What we are looking for The Dining Room Manager will work to develop robust guest relations, be responsible for the training and development program,



and help in maintaining Frankie's standards.

Qualifications

- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years previous restaurant experience
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail

Job Summary

- Maintain Brand standards
- Manage service standards
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain policies and procedures
- Host weekly management meeting

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
