The successful candidate will manage a team of licensed mechanics and apprentices at AIM, overseeing all maintenance for heavy equipment operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise maintenance staff and apprentices
• Conduct daily equipment repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubles




• Implement inspection schedules and preventative measures
• Promote safety and compliance during shop activities
Requirements:
• Valid 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Robust background in mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and utilize technical schematics
• Familiarity with CMMS is beneficial
