Become a vital part of Scarborough Health Network’s Supportive Housing Program as a full-time Social Worker (BSW). This role emphasizes fostering mental health and life skills for residents.

In this permanent position, you will provide essential coaching and clinical support to individuals with mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a care team on assessments, and care plans, and engage residents in group activities. Your expertise in psychosocial rehabilitation will be crucial in helping residents navigate their recovery plans and daily living needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and facilitate residents' intake processes • Develop and implement therapeutic programming • Encourage participation in community integration activities • Support administration and maintain accurate records • Provide ongoing crisis intervention and support

Requirements: • Current certification from the College of Social Workers • Minimum 3 years' experience in mental health settings • Robust communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in managing crises and support plans • Ability to engage with marginalized populations
