• Lead initiatives to improve Procurement governance and processes • Assess impacts and engage with key stakeholders • Prepare business units for successful implementation • Create and implement role-based competency frameworks • Develop high-quality training materials and guides

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields • Over 8 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain • Minimum of 5 years in governance or training roles • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and training delivery • Skills in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
