This position supports the Welded Products Manager by delivering engineering expertise and managing technical documentation. Your role includes product qualification and communication with suppliers and customers. Emphasis will be on mentoring, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across various processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute engineering activities alongside the Welded Products Manager
• Facilitate custom welding product development initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation using SolidWorks




• Review quality and process documents for accuracy
• Implement welding processes per industry standards
Requirements:
• Licensed Qualified Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field
• Proficient in CAD; SolidWorks required
• Knowledge of welding techniques and inspection standards
• At least 3 years in manufacturing or product development
