Food Services Manager NOC 60030

Responsibilities

- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service

Support for Youths

- On‑job training tailored to youth
- Mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
- Awareness training for employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Qualifications

- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
- Supervision:



More than 20 people
- Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet
