Be a pivotal force in Staples Canada's merchandising team as a Manager for Merchandise Planning Execution & Operations Support. Oversee the execution of promotions and ensure process reliability in a hybrid work environment.
This role is designed for leaders with a robust background in merchandising operations and promotional processes. You will maintain the operational frameworks crucial for timely execution while enhancing team productivity through solid process maps. Your leadership will foster collaboration between Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve the enterprise calendar
• Lead promotional execution consistency across channels
• Assist with forecasting and scenario planning




• Manage UAT and system readiness for merchandising tools
• Develop financial and promotional reporting processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred
• At least 4 years in merchandising roles
• Minimum 3 years in a management position
• Experience with UAT and systems management
• Strong skills in process documentation and SOP development
