In the Traffic & Customs department, this role requires proven experience in customs, traffic, and purchasing, ideally with a minimum of three years in manufacturing. You will be responsible for tariff claims, updating critical databases, and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to the movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to submit tariff recovery claims • Ensure complete and accurate documentation for claims • Classify products by gathering necessary data • Update customs information in New Flyer Oracle • Complete customs and shipping documents accurately
Requirements: • At least 3 years of purchasing experience required • Degree in Logistics or relevant studies preferred • Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting • Excellent communication skills required
