Key Responsibilities:



• Train staff on inspection criteria and standards • Act as primary point of escalation for quality issues • Implement quality control procedures for staircase production • Review material property evaluations for compliance • Provide technical guidance on quality standards

Requirements: • Prior experience in concrete production environments • Knowledge of slump, air, and temperature testing • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs • Clean drivers license and ability to read shop drawings • Preferred diploma in civil engineering technology
