Join EVR as the Lead, Maintenance Training, reporting to the Senior Lead. This role requires a passion for coaching, solid technical expertise, and experience in mining environments. You will develop training that enhances workforce capability and safety while supporting the journey towards Red Seal certification for apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design standardized technical training aligned with operational needs
• Create high-quality learning materials for hands-on and theoretical training
• Supervise training specialists at CMm campus
• Develop and deliver diesel engine training programs
• Continuously improve training content reflecting evolving technologies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a mining environment
• Red Seal Certified Heavy Duty Technician
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
