Support, maintain, and improve practices related to the production of new products and existing processes. A concrete and stimulating challenge, where your powers of observation, rigor, and analytical mind will make all the difference!In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Act as the first technical responder for issues related to quality, performance, or process stability (compression molding, extrusion, gluing)Analyze root causes, document findings, and implement sustainable corrective actionsParticipate in new product launches, process changes, and production trialsMake the necessary adjustments, validations, and tests during the production phaseOptimize and document critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, gluing methods)Work closely with the engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teamsContribute to the validation of production tools and equipment (presses, automated cells, gluing equipment)Participate in the implementation or modification of production equipment and facilitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain robust process standardsTrain and support team leaders and operators, and ensure structured knowledge transferEnsure compliance with health and safety requirements,
