Lead SOFTEL's AI and Microsoft solution strategy. Drive innovation, customer engagement, solution architecture, and product development across Microsoft Copilot, Azure, AI, CX, and Digital Transformation. Serve as a trusted technology advisor and technical leader for customers, partners, and internal teams.

SOFTEL is seeking a customer-facing technology leader to drive our AI, Microsoft, and digital transformation strategy. This individual will serve as the technical face of the company, helping customers solve business challenges through innovative technology, AI, and cloud solutions while leading product innovation and technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead customer workshops, executive presentations, and strategic technology discussions.
- Drive AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, and Up-to-date Workplace solution development.
- Develop solution architectures, proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Lead technical pre-sales efforts and support strategic client engagements.
- Build, mentor, and coordinate technical teams and external resources.
- Contribute hands-on to solution design, innovation, and delivery.
- Help shape SOFTEL's product and technology roadmap.

- TOGAF Certification (Preferred)
