In this temporary full-time position, you will provide comprehensive nursing care alongside assessment and rehabilitation services for individuals struggling with addictions. Connective is dedicated to creating inclusive communities while providing tailored support to all residents. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, until the current incumbent returns.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide high-quality direct nursing care and therapy • Develop and assess resident-centered rehabilitation programs • Conduct nursing assessments to identify care needs • Collaborate effectively with other clinical team members • Evaluate therapy effectiveness through ongoing resident interaction

Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program • Valid registration with a provincial nursing licensing authority • At least one year of relevant nursing experience • Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations • Strong English communication skills
